Very smooth check-in experience: get all details messaged ahead of time, walk to your room, open door via app, done. Comfy bed, good amenities, lots of character (in a good way) with the Bob branding and photos of previous guests etc. Very transparent about check-in/out times with options to extend, building and luggage storage room access beyond checkout time. On top of that an excellent location, a very short walk away from Oslo Central train station. All in all very happy with this hotel!

The room was clean, quiye large and comfy. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful! Location was perfectly central and close to the Opera house, great restaurants, the main train station, public transportation. Will defo recommend and come back in our next visit to Oslo!
