The resort has a beautiful location with river side sitting areas and the rooms are pretty neat tidy.

I stayed with my friend 4 days and we had a wonderful time here. Hukum went to jungle Safari with us, he is an experienced wildlife guide and we spottet lots of animals. His wife cooked tasty food every day fresh from their organic garden for us. She made extra veggi food for my diet and lunch package for all for jungle trekking. Bungalow was cosy, bathroom with hot shower and free WiFi. All in all we felt very welcome. Hukum helped us arranging the transport and overnight bus back to Kathmandu. Communication was easy, he cares a lot to make his guests feel good. In the evening he made campfire for us. The area is safe and lots of things to see around here. We will definitely come back.

Bardiya is an amazing place, and this homestay is the best place from which to discover it. The whole family welcomed us with open arms from the very first moment. Khali is a lovely woman, she took such good care of us, and cooks the best Dal Bhat I’ve ever had. Nanu is a great host, passionate about wildlife and nature, and it’s incredible to venture into the jungle with him and discover its wild animals together. They helped us with everything we needed, made sure to vary the meals (all of them excellent), and we even cooked momos together. We truly hope to come back one day, and to see you all again! My stay at Bardiya Eco Safary Homestay was nothing more than exceptional! Since before my arrival to Bardiya, Mukti was making sure through what's app that I knew how to arrive at Bardiya since I was crossing from the west border from India to Nepal. The moment I arrived I was received with so much kindness by Renuka (Mukti's wife) and he's mother with a beautiful little Hindu greeting. Showed me to my room which was clean, spacious, with its own attached bathroom and a beautiful view from the garden outside. In the beginning I booked for 3 nights but ended up staying 8 days because of how amazing and loving everything in the homestay was. From the delicious cooking of Renuka to the incredible hospitality of all members of Mukti's family. They make you feel like family. I did 3 jungle walks. Because my main purpose was to be lucky enough to see a tiger in the wild! And I can say (with a big smile while writing this) that Mukti made my DREAM (since I was 6 years old) come true! I was able to see a majestic tiger drinking water on my first jungle walk! Not just that but spotted rhinos, many kinds of birds, otters hunting for a snake and many more fauna inside the national park. All of these was possible due to Mukti's incredible knowledge of the place and animals. And this is just one of all the incredible things I experienced at Bardiya Eco Safary Homestay! Everyday I ate delicious traditional and organic Nepalese food. Everything is grown in the homestay garden. They even make their own paneer! Oh how I miss Renuka's delicious food! We played cards every night, enjoying great conversations about Nepalese culture and about life in the terai region...Learned how to make momos from scratch. Went around town to experience the local life. And even did a little ride at night around the town with Mukti's nephew in which we were lucky enough to spot a leopard crossing the street!!!

Very comfortable wonderful lodge. It is an ‘institution’ in the safari sector of Nepal and deservedly so. The management (BC), staff and guides (Bhim in particular) are all incredible, nothing is too much trouble.

Unforgettable Stay in Bardiya National Park! Our stay at this hotel was truly special. The location is perfect for nature and wildlife lovers — we were lucky to see a tiger and a group of wild elephants during our jungle visit! The staff were friendly, caring, and always ready to help. The food was fresh and delicious. It takes around 45 minutes to prepare meals because they use only fresh, locally sourced ingredients — and you can really taste the difference! If you're visiting Bardiya, this is the perfect place to stay. Peaceful environment, great hospitality, and unforgettable wildlife experiences. Highly recommended!

I came to bardia after staying in chitwan for 11 days with no tiger sighting so I decided to try my luck here in Bardia I’m so happy I came because this place is Amazing And bardia eco Homestay made it even better First off Shardul and his family make you feel like it’s your home and part of their family, always making sure your good and the service is amazing The food is fresh and organic and the property is secluded like a little peaceful retreat Everyday they made me breakfast lunch and dinner with big portions and whatever I wanted or needed Also shardul is a guide and he knew how much I wanted to see the tiger so he did his best to show me the good spots we ended up seeing the tiger on 7 diffrent days which is wild he’s really passionate and knowledgeable about the wildlife here and it’s nice to see the community of guides here all with respect and love for the wild animals I didn’t plan on staying too long but I ended up staying for 17 nights as I really enjoyed my stay obviously Also the rooms are spacious and pretty brand new probably the best place I’ve stayed in Nepal and I’ve been travelling here for over 4.5 months Rooms have aircon and fan and very nice shower and bathroom I also got to witness a massive herd of Elephants and lots of wildlife which was magical The village itself is so beautiful and it’s a place that’s super special still untouched by mass tourism It feels very authentic I highly recommend staying here and I can’t wait to come back already
