It's a great hotel. Most friendly and helpful staff ever. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Food was amazing and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Great hotel for family. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I booked this hotel seeing 9.9/10 rating from 1000+ people here. This was out of curiosity. I had never seen this high rating for any hotel in Kathmandu. I wanted to give it a go. Here are some reasons to justify this rating. - the room is clean and well maintained. - the interior decor is good. The wooden finishings on the walls stood out. - the bathroom shower works well with good water pressure and drains well. The towels are not worn out as in hotels of similar price point. - its quiet as its located in an inner alley. - the heating worked fine and kept me warm (stayed in winter) - it has an elevator (a plus point) - the wifi worked fine. - there was complimentary breakfast. - also complimentary was airport transfer. Above all, what may have been appreciated by 1000+ guests was the warm hospitality from it's manager. Being a local I didnt need any advice for touristy activities but he offers practical advice to foreigners for free, perhaps in a genuine way (unlike others who mainly want to make money off of it). If you are a foreigner traveling first time to Nepal for adventure tourism, and wanted to be picked up straight from the airport for free, look no further. The ratings from 1000+ are definitely not fake. For this price point ($40-50), this hotel stands out. I am also speaking from my own experience, having tried 10+ hotels within that price range in the neighborhood.

Great hotel. Much more that I was thinking about. Stuff and CEO is very helpful and do all of their best to help you. Food was good in hotel. Room was comfortable, but remember, you have no heating in Nepal. So, you must use conditioner to heat the room. And you'll get one-way free transfer from or to airport. It was great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend. Location - in the historical center of Kathmandu.
