I had one of the best hotel stays of my life at Kailash. The rooms were spacious, aesthetically pleasing, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable for a prolonged stay like ours (10 days on a business trip). The breakfast was delicious and diverse, as was the hotel’s restaurant — which I highly recommend you try! But what truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. The kindness and attentiveness of the team at Kailash were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. They consistently anticipated our needs and provided whatever resources we required. For example, one morning, we were too tired to wake up and overslept through breakfast. The staff thoughtfully called to let us know they were waiting for us to come and enjoy our meal — a gesture that truly amazed me. Special thanks to Dol, the manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly. I give my stay a 10/10, and the next time I’m in Kathmandu, I will definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious continental options, all beautifully presented and very tasty. The staff were amazing especially Sandip and Saroj and made the experience even better. The view from the rooftop top floor was absolutely awesome and truly a highlight.
