I was able to stay in a clean, comfortable room that had recently been remodeled at a reasonable price. The family friendly staff are friendly and very helpful. The food and room service are also delicious. They even cooked Korean-style ramen, which is not on the menu, for us who came from Korea.

Tout était au top! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! The room was exceptional, with all the top-notch amenities you could ask for. The space in the room was perfect, and the location of the hotel couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Thamel, surrounded by shops and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. What really made my experience special, though, was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with anything, from booking taxis to offering recommendations for activities. I want to give a special thank you to Rudra, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. His care and attention to detail were outstanding. He helped with everything from room reservations to organizing activities, and he truly made my time in Nepal unforgettable. One of the highlights was when Rudra invited me to a family wedding, giving me the chance to experience Nepali culture in such a personal way. It was an unforgettable experience, and I’ll always be grateful for his kindness. If you’re visiting Nepal, this hotel is the perfect place to stay—great facilities, a prime location, and a team that makes you feel right at home.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious continental options, all beautifully presented and very tasty. The staff were amazing especially Sandip and Saroj and made the experience even better. The view from the rooftop top floor was absolutely awesome and truly a highlight.

Perfect hotel! The staff is excellent, responsive, helpful, and smiling. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I spent two days at the hotel and have no complaints whatsoever.
