Staff were so friendly and accommodating, beautiful location and very relaxing

I had a pleasant time there. It was convenient.

The hostel is huge. They have all you can ask for and more. The rooms are not to big, you have a curtain for the bed and get a towel for showering.

Clean, very friendly personel, very comftable bed, quiet, excellent breakfeast. Good price

Prime location in christchurch city center, Newly renovated rooms and very affordable for what you get. Hosts are lovely and very accommodating. Beautiful gifts waiting for me on arrival. I will be staying here again 🙏❤️

Well-Located Hotel with Great Amenities! The hotel is very well situated, with friendly staff and an additional voucher for the rooftop restaurant with delicious food. The room was spacious, the bathroom well-equipped, and there was a coffee and tea corner. The hallways were quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.

The location is very close to the downtown and convenient. The hot tub, omg, I like it so much! It kills all the tiredness. And, of course, the crew are so nice and friendly

We really liked the building of this hotel, the room was clean and well equipped ( we had also a small kitchenette). You had everything you need: towels, toiletry, dryer, etc

Staff were friendly. The upgrade was impressive.

Best location to start a trip in Christchurch

Absolutely perfect hotel for me. Very nice room, good location and all needed services. Clean, new and good quality. Staff did everything that I get the late dinner even restaurant was already closing. Excellent attitude and service.

In is close to Hagley park. The staffs are friendly. Mini kitchen, washing machines.

Had breakfast in our room as it is fitted with a kitchenette. Hotel a few minutes walk to gorgeous Hagley park and a few minutes drive to city centre. Staff all went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Food in restaurant delicious and our room was meticulously cleaned.

The Staff were so friendly and helpful. Had a chat with us every day and we felt they cared about us. Great to be able to use the laundry to wash and dry clothes.

Location and the receptionist was very professional and welcoming. There is also a restaurant around the corner called the Goldfinch which we loved.

Comfy bed, friendly staff and great restaurant in the roof and café on site for breakfast

Comfy bed, hot shower, daily housekeeping, helpful staff, great location. I like the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided.

Everything especially the heritage building.

The locatin was brilliant you could get around the city easily, most places are within 10 minutes. The city is beautiful and has lots of new updated buildings and places to visit. There are some works being done on the Catherdral in the city centre, but that doesn't affect the sights of the city and what it has to offer.

Bathroom and toilet separate booth. So one need not wait another to take shower. Very close to airport as in few hundred footsteps. Check in was super fast. Hassle-free. Pillows were ample.

Had a pleasant stay everything was clean and modern and staff were very nice

Excellent location, friendly staff.

Very warm furnitures and good location
