Prime location, just next to the bus interchange, so if you travel by intercity bus, or going to airport buy bus, or basically anywhere by bus, it is just 3mins walk, supermarkets opposite, walking distance of 1km to major points in town; 2. The decoration and setting is just next level, huge and stylist common areas for entertainment and meeting people; 3. Good facilities, filtered water available; 4. Room is clean, with 2 bathrooms en-suite; 5. Bed is very comfortable with curtain and built-in sockets and lamps; 6. Staff are nice and friendly;

Loved absolutely everything, from the well thought out design to the comfortable bed. The view from the bathtubs and even the ability to Bluetooth your own music through the room. The staff were extremely helpful from the moment I made the booking. Even organised a platter to be brought down to us to enjoy with our complimentary bottle of wine.

Had breakfast in our room as it is fitted with a kitchenette. Hotel a few minutes walk to gorgeous Hagley park and a few minutes drive to city centre. Staff all went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Food in restaurant delicious and our room was meticulously cleaned.

Warmest welcome we’ve received on our honeymoon. Great facilities and beautiful property. Mark the concierge is a wonderful asset and I didn’t catch the name of the girl checking us in but she was amazing and gave us a complimentary upgrade as well as recommendations for the evening.

Breakfast was a decent continental.the coffee in the breakfast room was not as good as the coffee in the conservatory. The room was beautifully designed with all that was needed. The history and beauty of the building have been loving incorporated into the hotel.
