Accommodation was what you would expect for the budget price. It was clean, comfy, but dated. The staff were amazing and when something was asked for (iron and board) they were quick to assist. A nice immersive experience of NZ farmland life. The location was perfect – close to Arthur Pass. We did have to go to Sheffield or Darfield for dinner, but it wasn't a big hassle. The mountain view was worth it. Llamas were cute.

In one building there were 4 rooms. There were two bathrooms with toilets and a thirth toilet. So you had nearly your own bathroom despite there is a sharing of bathroom and toilet with the guests of the other three rooms. Everything is clean and of high quality. The host Amber is very kind and helpfull in every way..
