The place is amazing the beach is paradise. Quiet and peace. the hotel has a very good smell and the reception were accommodating and helpful. above all we lost a ring after check out and we called them back, they were so kind to keep it and informed us that they have it. very recommendable hotel and the best value for money.

Our two-night Eid break in Khasab, Musandam, proved to be an excellent family getaway from Dubai. The drive was straightforward, with a convenient stop in Shaam before crossing the border. Staying at Khasab Hotel worked particularly well for families, thanks to the two-bedroom apartment and swimming pool, which gave both children and adults space to relax. Highlights included a dolphin dhow cruise through Musandam's dramatic fjords, visits to Khor Najd and Bassa Beach, and evenings spent enjoying local cafés and restaurants. We found the town welcoming, safe and family-friendly, although visitors should be aware that some businesses close during Eid prayer times and should plan meals accordingly. From a cultural perspective, modest dress is appreciated, particularly away from tourist areas, and a respectful approach to local customs enhances the experience. Overall, Khasab offers a refreshing mix of nature, adventure and authentic Omani hospitality, making it a rewarding short break for families with young children. We enjoyed meals at Aroos Musandam Restaurant and Fanr Musandam Turkish Restaurant, both of which were welcoming to families and offered a good variety of dishes.

No description can do justice to this little corner of our world. A coastline that is reminiscent of Greece but with excellent roads, crystal waters, spectacular mountain views, authentic Omani villages and culture all topped by truly heart-warming Omani hospitality and friendliness. Was up there on business, so wasn't able to do any of those dhow trips but I hear the dolphin watching, fishing, snorkeling, diving is pretty good too. Oh and also the longest over-the-water zip line!

Very compact beautiful place with everything within reach. Bring your own car or hire, plan for at least half a day boat cruise and get a 4 by 4 for mountains expedition. Atana Khasab Hotel sea views are awesome.

The hotel was nice, very clean, staff were very helpful. Staff helped us book half a day boat trip to see the dolphins. Khasab is a small town and offers things to enjoy like diving, camping, desert safari, fishing, .. Our trip was fun and we enjoyed it. We recommend it especially for those who seek relaxing.

The best cafe was Chaf Chaf Cafe, and they also did fishing trips were we went fishing adn had a superb Time. there are not much restaurants there adn the food is ok, but the atana khasab hotel restaurant food was superb adn very tasty, especially the chicken Byriani. we also had knafe at alokhasab and its was very tasty. the problem there is that you need a car to manouver as the places are not close to each other. We also did the zip line at the Atana Khasab Hotel, which was astonishing. the best activities are Fishing, hiking and camping. these are recommeneded to be done with Captain Mal at Chaf Chaf Adventures. he is a very polite and kind man and will do his job from his heart and makes sure you are having a time of your life.
