Excellent new hotel on the outskirts of Muscat, but a 20 minute car/taxi ride can bring you anywhere :) great coffee bar and amazing breakfast. Highly recommended.

Away from the busy areas of Muscat. Stores and cafes were a short drive away. Plenty of space for a large group, outdoor pool was big. BBQ facilities and the hospitality of the owner made the check-in process very smooth, and recommended places near by. Will definitely book again on my next visit.

Habibi, if you are wondering where to stay in muscat, stop scrolling and just press book now. I stayed six nights and don't have a single thing to complain about. Hotel was great, clean and friendly. I just wish I stayed longer.. breakfast was great no complaints. I'll miss the lift music.
