Amazing location on the way to Gocta waterfall, with the best views on the waterfall from the room and the balcony. Very welcoming owner of the place which makes you feel like at home. Basic but spacious room and very good homemade breakfast. I recommend this place and I'd love to stay longer.

This place is amazing. Gorgeous private rooms, with an incredible view of the falls. The pillows are like clouds they’re so soft. Best night’s sleep I’d had in forever. The breakfasts are so varied and delicious, and one night I had the dinner too which was excellent. I already want to come back to stay again!

The location must be one of the best in Peru. In our room, we could open the door, lie in bed and look out onto the Gocta Falls, the entire valley and listen to the birds singing in the Cloud Forest. The host, Mario, is an amazingly friendly and helpful man, great to talk to and extremely helpful. Not to mention, a great cook as well! His pizzas are world class!

Monte Gocta features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Valera. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, room service and luggage storage for guests.

The GoctaLab was an exceptionally nice place to stay. We stayed in the suite for 3 nights and the view of the cloud forest and the waterfall when we woke up through the wide window front was our highlight. The breakfast was very, very good and we also liked the idea of having small dishes in the fridge to take away. The bed was super comfortable.
