Great people, breakfast included, nice outdoor kitchen and good bathrooms. good recommendations from hosts. You better have a rental car or scooter to explore the island, but hosts are happy to help and have special offers. Very nice beaches nearby with good snorkeling.

had a great stay at tamanu Lodge. everything was very clean and modern. kitchen very well equipped and there is even a whirlpool. amd the owner was very friendly and heartwarming. there is a supermarket and a bakery just across the street and the public bus goes there too. definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Punaauia. The owners were very kind and accommodating, and they made special arrangements to make the check-in process easier for us, which we really appreciated. We woke up each morning to a splendid mountain view, and the lagoon is just across the street — you only need to cross the road to reach it. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, with local birds singing, a pleasant climate, and friendly people all around. There is a supermarket just one street away, which is very convenient. The apartment is quiet and peaceful, far from the traffic and hustle of Papeete — perfect rest. Everything went smoothly and we are very satisfied with our stay. We gladly recommend this place.

Location is everything. Close to the beach, shops nearby, lots of food trucks around. The property is easy to access with a car, free parking on site. Host was flexible in letting us stay an extra night, super quick to get back to us with any concerns we’ve had

The host welcomed me personally and showed me everything. I really appreciated that the owners live nearby — it was always easy to reach out and get a quick response, the communication was just perfect. The hospitality is on the highest level. The accommodation was spotless and well-maintained, with everything you could possibly need for cooking. The kitchen is large and fully equipped — honestly, it has more than I even have at home!

A great location, within walking distance to food, and a beach park. The room was excellent and we loved having the washing machine. Ocean access was great to have. Vatea was very attentive and accommodating with storing our luggage from our early morning flight. We really appreciated his help nice conversations.
