We loved everything at Numa bay especially the views, food and facilities. The staff was very prompt and polite. Because the resort wasn't as big as other 5 star places, the staff were very attentive to all the guests and we always felt taken care of. The variety or food was endless but our favorite would probably be the delicious Baklava and dinner at Joe's Grill was exceptional! My husband and I both experienced the Turkish bath and Spa treatment and it was just wonderful and something we would love to do again!

Friendly locals and Hotel staff. Scenery was amazing and food at the restaurant was varied and fresh. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a care free holiday specially for families looking for privacy and facilities that cater for Islamic values.

The Hotel is overrated completely. The room and bath were horrible No shower gel no conditioner shampoo moisturiser. I had booked most expensive suite and apart from the balcony view rest of the facilities were awful. Shower was blocked and I had to take shower in puddle Air con not working with broken Remote Poor food chaice for vegetarian Alcohol was the cheapest possible you can think of ! Asked for whiskey and it was tasting like Arrack ! Never would recommend this to anyone .

I stayed at ROYAL SITESI AVSALLAR - AND THIS MADE THE ENTIRE TRIP HORRIBLE Our flight was delayed, so instead of getting there at 7 in the evening - we had to rent a car at airport and drive an hour to property after midnight with 2 young children Pictures online not same as place Very cold - AC heater not working in bedroom Roaches and flying insects Very loud noise from outside Dog that roamed around the property and barked at everyone throughout the day Pool broken no water unlike picture online Old smelly dirty towels No blankets on bed unfriendly neighbors Tried to reduce number of days but host kept insisting on money to be paid all I paid what he asked even though he was being very unreasonable I packed my things and left the very next day around noon even though he insisted I pay all days and took the money for 3 days instead of only 1 as I stayed - he also charged an extra day for cleaning services though property was not up to scratch I want my money back for the days I did not stay I also pray that no one else has to go through such an experience - especially with children Also please check that there is only a single review that states that it was excellent - which is obviously a lie and just more misrepresentation

The Hotel is so beautiful in its decorations and location. Staff in the reception and guests relations are quite helpful and kind. Food is very good but some staff members who work in serving food and cleaning are quite rude. Above all The family enjoyed the stay a lot and we will visit the property again in the future.

The only thing I would complain is that I gained 1 kilo in a few days due to delicious food of course there is a nice gym that you can burn calories but instead I preferred enjoying this amazing hotel

Despite the difficulties of coronavirus, hotel did a great job to provide all-inclusive services. Rooms were exceptionally clean and hotel employees accommodated all of our requests. Sand at their beach is the best is Alanya. I would totally recommend this establishment.
