From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient even though I booked the wrong date. We were lucky that they were not fully booked. We were offered the local coffee as a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. The lobby was cozy and beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we could need for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always ready to offer recommendations for local attractions and even helped us with a few special requests. Wow this place is incredible! Me and my partner travelled for one month throughout the Philippines and Polaris was our number one favorite place to stay. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The diving is superb and just a few minutes boat ride away. The dive guides are very caring and have amazing eyes. So much macro life to spot underwater. There is a nice swimming pool and they make great pizzas in their own oven. This place is definitely a "hidden gem" and we will be back some day :) Thanks Polaris team for giving us such a wonderful experience!
