I feel really at odds about this review. The stay wasn’t great but you’re also paying $60 per night so it should be reviewed in line with that price point… on that basis:
- close to the airport for coming in late at night
- staff were lovely and helped us get to the ferry the next day

I am very pleased with my stay in this hotel. I even felt like I wanted to stay longer inside this hotel rather than outside exploring the beach😅. Staff were exceptionally amazing and facilities were clean!

Caticlan is a small community mostly used for by travelers to ferry between the mainland and Boracay. If you so happen to stay longer then there are tours into the hills. At the Port there is a bank, 7/11, pharmacy and many other stores. Also a high volume of security personnel. Very safe place. To get around you can walk like I did or take a trike for virtually no cost. (There is a cost obviously).

But we been pretty lucky, meeting amazing locals and spend most of our time around with them ... they don't have much, but are very kind and generous to share whatever they have ( this has been the high light of my time in Caticlan )
great, comfortable, modern hotel! large rooms with sea view and beautiful sunset! friendly and very attentive staff is ready to help on any issue! We would like to thank all the staff of the hotel! special thanks to the owners of this wonderful hotel for a warm welcome and an unforgettable sincere atmosphere! Recommended!
The staff, cabana king room, and facilities (pool and bar) were incredible. The food coming out of the kitchen was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend UNWND! We stayed for 1 night before flying out of Caticlan Airport. It was so enjoyable that we could’ve stayed longer.
The staff were very helpful especially as there was a storm and no more hotels available in town. There was no electricity due to the storm but the staff took us in and fed us. Luckily the electricity back on.
