Good location right next to the mall and 20 min to main attractions in Cebu. Helpful staff that arranged for us early/late pickups to the airport. Gym and pool on the roof has a nice view. Breakfast buffet is really worth it. Great selection of different food options

We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holiday! The location is perfect, offering a stunning blend of both mountain and city views. A huge thank you to the host for being so responsive and considerate, and to the caretaker who was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. Truly the best place to stay in Cebu. Our room was spacious, clean and modern. Staff is the biggest highlight, very welcoming all the way from ground floor to reception and housekeeping. Always helpful and attend to each request super fast. One of us got sick and had to go to hospital during our stay, hotel medical team came right away, very helpful, they organized a transfer to hospital and followed up on our condition for the next few days - great follow up, especially Michael from reception! They have good pool (just the water was too cold for us), gym and the restaurant for breakfast had very good choice compared to all other places we’ve stayed in Cebu. Thanks again to everyone at Citadines for great hospitality ⭐️
