We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holiday! The location is perfect, offering a stunning blend of both mountain and city views. A huge thank you to the host for being so responsive and considerate, and to the caretaker who was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight for us was that they are pet-friendly—being able to bring my dog made our holiday celebration extra special. Highly recommended!

I cannot stress enough how great the staff at Amber Hotel is. Jeffrey, one of the breakfast staff noticed how little I ate, was genuinely worried and made tea to calm my stomach. The ladies at the front desk, doormen, concierge also have stellar service. Room was clean, facilities new and very comfortable. Planning to stay there again this January and bringing friends with me. Location is also great! Right across Robinson´s Cybergate with a lot of restaurants, Chong Hua Hospital just around the corner and taxis readily available. It is also in an area of Cebu where there is less traffic and no flooding. This was important to me.
