The Location is Excellent...The Views from the Bedroom are Amazing...The Size of the Room was Bigger than i thought plus the Bathroom is Very Spacous & Well set out....The Bed was so Comfy & the TV had lots of Channels to choose from...The AC was Fantastic & so easy to use !!!!!!

Marjhun's Apartelle has the potential to be a great place to relax. The surroundings are peaceful, and the property itself is decent. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ends. The customer service was, without a doubt, the worst I've ever experienced. Absolutely ZERO customer service. Instead of making guests feel welcome, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. What shocked me the most was the hotel owner. This is the first time I've encountered an owner who would rather argue with paying guests than listen to their concerns. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and no willingness to resolve issues. We weren't treated like valued customers—we were treated like we were the problem. To make matters worse, there were hidden charges that were never disclosed in advance. We were unexpectedly charged ₱60 for garbage bags, and there were no clear or fixed rates for using the amenities. It's unacceptable for guests to be surprised with additional fees that should have been communicated before check-in. A beautiful place means nothing when it's managed this poorly. Good customer service costs nothing, yet it was completely absent. Transparency, professionalism, and respect for guests should be the bare minimum in the hospitality industry, but unfortunately, Marjhun's Apartelle failed in all three. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. Unless the management completely changes its attitude toward customers and becomes transparent about its fees, I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

Lovely owners/staff, it’s quiet and chill, overlooking the sea although it rained when we woke up. Great amenities a nice setting.

The foods are all delicious especially there fried rice. We enjoyed staying there because of the pool and pickle ball court and nice ambiance at night.

It’s a very clean, large open room. The shower was warm, the view was amazing from the eating area and the breakfast I was served was second to none. I only stayed for one night but it may have been one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in taking into consideration the price. I also went to the old plantation restaurant where I just waited for a tuktuk on the side of the road and paid 300pesos there and back. They will also order you a Tuktuk after your meal if you ask. The food was great and it was one of the closest restaurants. I am a 23 year old solo traveller so I found it a bit out of the way from everything. However, if you like a peaceful nice area and have a way of transport then save yourself some money and book here! I stayed in Anda for a couple nights before and decided to stay here to try watch the sunset as it’s directly in line with it however it was cloudy. I imagine if it wasn’t it would’ve been beautiful. There are some cool waterfalls and rice fields near by and the drive there is really nice going through secluded towns etc
