Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel staff is exceptional and made us feel so welcome. Everything was spotless the hotel, the rooms, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool was so much fun and a perfect place to relax. We truly loved every moment, and if we ever return to Bohol, this resort will be our first and only choice.

From the moment we arrived the team at Epic Suites treated us amazingly. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We loved the rescue dogs and cats that are so lovingly cared for. Whilst everyone was amazing a special thanks to Adryan for his fantastic cocktails and the laughs on our fishing adventure. To Lai for her help booking us into the most amazing day tours and Dawn in the restaurant for her lovely service. Everyone really went above and beyond our expectations and we can’t talk highly enough about how wonderful our stay was. The accommodation was so luxe and we loved the outlook from our pool. We can’t wait to come back next Nov with the family.

Everything was perfect. If was the perfect stay. We informed them that it was our anniversary and they left petals in our room in a heart shape. Staff were so friendly, they cooked for us every night (local food for an amazing price). They would also bring drinks to us when we asked which was perfect while we enjoyed the sunset views, nature and sat by the pool. The pool was perfect and sat Infront of the sunset every night. Miguel who worked there would clean the pool everyday. The general grounds are incredible and staff were constantly maintaining it. Tree houses, barbeque huts, watch rooms - it had it all. If was perfect for me and my girlfriend who had been in hostels for the previous two weeks and wanted a bit of an escape . The rooms - so authentic, extremely romantic and were in great shape. Water in each hut, as well as air con and again sunset views. The type of rural and authentic experience you hope for. The dogs - 6/7 dogs who all were so lovely, well fed and actually guarded you while you stayed there! (Dead cute) . Tobol is the little prince, Win Win is the big mama who wants nothing but trouble and Aisha is shy to start but will come say hello to you the next day (bit by bit with here I'd say). This place is 10/10 seriously you won't be disappointed. We would like to say thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special. You were all so accommodating, extremely great at your jobs and we will certainly love to come back one day. It was sad to leave. (Ps. They also had little readings spots on hammocks, lights would come on automatically in the trees.)

The very best resort experience we have had on Panglao in my 20 years of coming here. This place is exceptional. Location location location. Stunning rooms. A beach, with views to die for. Sunsets like you've never seen. There's sea activities if you want or just chillax in the multiple pools or topaz sea with talcum sand. The bar is incredible. The amphitheatre pool is just quirky. This has become THE place to stay for 1-3 nights if you're visiting Panglao, Bohol.

Absolutely stunning hotel right in the heart of Loboc and close to lots of nearby activities like the Tarsier Sanctuary, floating restaurants, etc. My room was comfortable but the most basic type, so it didn't quite stack up to the rooms my friends had, but for the lower price I paid I can't complain - it was fine for one night. The best thing about the Loboc River Resort though is its staff - they are so welcoming, friendly and professional and their customer service skills are impeccable (I've never stayed anywhere where they greeted me by my name every time I came to reception). The activities they offer are also great - we tried paddle boarding on the river and the firefly boat excursion - the latter is an absolute must! All in all a great stay, thank you Loboc River Resort :)

The ambience was very peaceful and relaxing throughout the whole resort due to it not being a huge building with hundreds of people. This place was way more personal and we could feel that there was a real attention provided to all the clients. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Special thanks to our waiter Jef who was amazing ! Their spa was amazing, nothing more to say, and the beach/pool was always quiet with very few people. Concerning the room itself, it was big, comfortable, and always clean. Especially the bathroom. The food was also very good in the restaurant with a decent amount of choice.

The location was fantastic and very peaceful. Having the diving facilities, Anda Diving, just down the road made it perfect!! We went diving every day and so many turtles, beautiful fish and coral. The hotel tried to be helpful any time. They even helpedl in arranging our direct transfer back to Panglao Island when we checked out, with their transport. We will definitely come back!! Special thanks to Charlene, Dawn, Chris and Ryan for taking such great care of us! Also all of the pool, and cleaning staff

Very nice and quiet place, perfect hotel to escape all the noise and relax. Breakfast was nice, hotel restaurant serves delicious food. WiFi works well; gym has a beautiful view and has enough equipment to get a workout in; spa was great and very good pricing; game room is also located in a nice place - beautiful views while playing some games. All the area is looked after and very green. Cave was a nice experience. Tennis court is well looked after. We loved our stay and wish we stayed a bit longer.

The cottage was so beautiful, the location of the resort was out of the way of the city but provided amazing views and peace and tranquility. There is really not much to do in Tagbilaran, only a statue, two churches and a square. It can be seen in an hour (and a half). Clubs, bars and restaurants have moved from Tagbilaran to Panglao - because that is where the most tourists are. If you want raw real Filippino life and people looking at you in surprise because you are there, go to Tagbilaran City, but leave your valuables in the hotel.

We had planned to do river trips but instead just did our own paddling on the river. The river isnt particularly special and it seems there are limitations to the trips (e.g. frequently you cant swim at the falls). It does have a strong current so be careful when in the water. The hotel provides a guide in case of difficulty. BTW: The Tarsier "sanctuary" was a massive disappointment. Just a photo op. Chocolate Hills platform gives a lovely view, but an hour is enough. We did these on the way to the hotel, so saved a day trip.

The advantage of being self-catering is that you can get European bread and sausages. As well good foreign Restaurants. Except for the area in Alona, ​​riding a motorcycle is very safe. Snorkeling and diving in Balicasag and Napaling Reef nice. Bohol daily trips anyway

Beautiful quiet natural beaches.

Beautiful quiet natural beaches. Fabulous for walks in either direction. Lovely friendly locals. Great wildlife. The plantation restaurant was really lovely and such a nice stroll along the beach to get to it. On the way home along the beach….in the dark lots of fire flies and beautiful twinkling stars!

An incredibly beautiful property—the garden is a delight. Lhoy and Jean welcome you to their home and treat you like family. Jean is a fabulous cook! Lhoy is very knowledgeable in horticulture and the healing properties of local fruits and herbs. I highly recommend the LhoyJean Garden Hostel.

We just stayed the one night in Carmen which was perfect as it allows you to see the chocolate hills (including at sunset) and also do any activities like the Adventure Park which was a highlight. It’s a small town so not a lot to do.

Panglao is busy, bustling and full of restaurants, bars and a spectacular beach. Very easy to get to different places. Full of young people seeming to have the best time, and opportunities to dive, snorkle and travel from there very easily.

there are many nice beaches with clean water for the kids to play in. lots of interesting places to visit on Bohol and its only a short drive to Alona beach where there are plenty of eateries, bars and live music, there is excellent diving trips for experienced divers, hire a motorcycle and get around and see plenty, all in all an Island that is well worth a visit

Loboc is a beautiful place to stay because most of the well known attractions like Chocolate Hills, Loboc River Cruises, and the famous Tarsiers are all so close to Loboc. If you intend to see those places, Loboc is the best one!
