Everything about this property is fabulous. The rooms, the food, the massage, the view,…but most of all is the genuine frendlines of the staff. I would rate them 11/10 if I could. I wish that everybody could visit this place to experience this kind of service for at least once in their life.

It's a very new small resort. Super nice staff, new rooms, good hot water. Hotel located in a quite remote area, but still reachable by foot to the next located cafes, also easy to reach by tuk tuk to Alona beach. All the staff amazing and helpful. For travelers, who doesn't want parties and noisy

Everything was perfect, location is super convenient, close to main road in Panglao but in a quite alley. Room was fantastic, clean and well maintained. Staff is also super nice, helpful and always smiling. Bev is a star <3 I really enjoyed my stay here :)

It's a perfect place. a hidden gem of a place. It's a good place to forget everything in the world and rest about once a year. The owners Fred, Alodia, and Brestine, and the staff are all kind, so I feel like I've been really well rested and treated. If we recommend too much, it seems like our own jewel-like resting place will disappear... Nevertheless,I really recommend this place.

Extraordinary beach club, accommodation in the villas is just amazing - big rooms, luxurious, perfect equipment, large private terrace, bathroom as big as you can dance inside. Beautiful tropical garden, white gentle sand which is not hot even when Sun is shining all day, turquoise sea, we felt as in the paradise. Highly recommend.

It's a very nice place in the woods, near Loboc river. I liked that we lived in a house surrounded by trees. We did kayaking, rented bikes and drove them to the other side of the island. The food was delicious, and personnel - helpful.

Expensive Alona beach- not impressive at all.

Expensive Alona beach- not impressive at all. Activities like the country tour wasnt bad. BUT alot of touristy places( like loboc river cruise) dint accept credit card- i dont understand why!). Tickets are expensive, Food served in the cruise is very salty. Havent visted other beaches, since its so expensive to move around the area( always need to hire a van service) since we are a group of 7 . Gets expensive! No area to walk along alona beach- all occupied by tables and chairs of establishments. Have to pay to take pictures even by the carved sand- its a rip off!

The chocolate hills are truly amazing, no wonder it is ranked 9th wonder of the world. The 7 km man made forest is beautiful. It will be nice if those trees are well protected and preserved, The mirror of the world is a plus, In a day, we were able to see the important landmarks of New York, Neitherland, Japan, Cambodia, Paris, etc. The floating resto was excellent. I enjoyed the cruise to the Loay River and the Ati -atihan tribe. We enjoyed the Bohol trip!

We had planned to do river trips but instead just did our own paddling on the river. The river isnt particularly special and it seems there are limitations to the trips (e.g. frequently you cant swim at the falls). It does have a strong current so be careful when in the water. The hotel provides a guide in case of difficulty. BTW: The Tarsier "sanctuary" was a massive disappointment. Just a photo op. Chocolate Hills platform gives a lovely view, but an hour is enough. We did these on the way to the hotel, so saved a day trip.

Beautiful quiet natural beaches.

Beautiful quiet natural beaches. Fabulous for walks in either direction. Lovely friendly locals. Great wildlife. The plantation restaurant was really lovely and such a nice stroll along the beach to get to it. On the way home along the beach….in the dark lots of fire flies and beautiful twinkling stars!

An incredibly beautiful property—the garden is a delight. Lhoy and Jean welcome you to their home and treat you like family. Jean is a fabulous cook! Lhoy is very knowledgeable in horticulture and the healing properties of local fruits and herbs. I highly recommend the LhoyJean Garden Hostel.

We just stayed the one night in Carmen which was perfect as it allows you to see the chocolate hills (including at sunset) and also do any activities like the Adventure Park which was a highlight. It’s a small town so not a lot to do.

Tarsier Manmade forest The Oceanica Resort (beach) our favorite place..and nice to chill and to swim and the food are good too in there restaurant and they have lots of choices in their menu. Where we eat also in the restaurant of our hotel which is Alona by Jpark Island Resort for convenient and easier for us.

There is really not much to do in Tagbilaran, only a statue,...

There is really not much to do in Tagbilaran, only a statue, two churches and a square. It can be seen in an hour (and a half). Clubs, bars and restaurants have moved from Tagbilaran to Panglao - because that is where the most tourists are. If you want raw real Filippino life and people looking at you in surprise because you are there, go to Tagbilaran City, but leave your valuables in the hotel.
