Everything! It's a quiet and secluded little place, located between the road and the ocean. You don't hear the traffic, but you can hear the waves! There's an entry to the beach too, so morning walks and evening swims are perfect to be had. Staff was sweet, friendly and helpful always. Owners are super lovely.. we had the best Italian food everyy single day, made by the Italian owner himself, and customised to be vegetarian because I don't eat meat or seafood personally. They also have the sweetest cats and dogs there!

The property was situated in an isolated beautiful location. With spectacular 180 degrees view of the sea. The sea down the steps from the property was crystal clear, we swam almost twice a day one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Then go and swim in the swimming pool which spotlessly clean. The care taker Richard was very friendly and helpful.

Villa Leonida is a hidden gem in the area, offering surprisingly affordable accommodations with an Instagram-worthy ambience. My partner and I found ourselves in Bugallon on short notice to visit relatives, and we wanted a budget-friendly option. The staff were super friendly right from the get-go. They told us to give them a shout if we needed anything at all, which was reassuring. The resort's brightly colored 'A' houses caught our eyes. We were captivated by the picturesque mountain views from the open terrace overlooking the pool. Speaking of the pool, we were impressed with how clean and well-maintained it is, and even better, access was complimentary for guests. While we were informed that the pool might be reserved exclusively for day tour swimmers on certain occasions, we were lucky because it was available when we visited. Thank you so much to all the staff for your warmth and hospitality!
