Have stayed here a few times. The staff are always polite and attentive. The Breakfast is unbeatable and the Evening meal choices in the restaurant catered for all tastes. It is conveniently located to Naga Centro will all the shopping you could wish for. The Bistro Roberto which offers night time entertainment by way of bands and dancing was attached to the hotel but also accessible to non residents with its own entrance for a great night out with family and friends. I visited this time for Christmas and New Years and the hotels festive decorations were lovely.

I watched the workers a lot. Everyone seemed to legitimately care about their specific job. The rooms director happened to be floating from one post to another handling lots of various things. The restaurant Mgr and door man referenced me by name!
