This is our 3rd visit and we were finally be able to return since the pandemic. So we were sooo happy to be back 😊. The resort has been very well maintained even after such hard time (the pandemic/ major typhoon).

Hotel for lovers of true nature and relaxation. Located on the reef-surrounded Calibao Island. We sail to the hotel from the port on Sandigan Island for 18 Euro for the entire boat. The food in the hotel is varied and at reasonable prices. The staff at the hotel is friendly and takes care of the guests. Due to the proximity of the reef, you can go to the boat at 9 am and dive, and already at 10.30 am return to the apartment and lie on the terrace. I was in the Philippines for a whole month and this hotel was the best place for me.

View was phenomenal. Truly overlooking Loon and sunset is amazing. Food is very yummy - constant stream of locals so it is also very well liked by others (reco the pizza!!) and rooms are very comfortable. AC and private bathrooms are always an added plus in hostels! Managed to meet owner Dave who is very friendly and offered tips about travelling to Cabilao (stayed in loon as it was near Cabilao). Wifi is very strong at cafe and room too. Very family vibes! Would reco to anyone in the area!! If I could stay longer, would've totally extended my stay here!!

You can always be closer to the center. But it's only about 10 minuts walk and you're next to the big Cathedral and all the shopping. The beds are very good, air-con works, many tv-channels.. CNN, HBO, sport and sport and.. hehe.. I didn't use it that much but you have many. Wi-fi works. There are free drinkingwater so just bring your bootle. You can have breakfast here. Just tell them what you like and they make it for you. Hot and cold shower. They have contacts if you need a tour or want to rent a motorbike. Laundry is 3-4 minutes walk away. Go to the left and stay on the same side of the street. That's the cheapest one. Don't worry about noise. There are no traffic at night!! But. The best was the staff. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ They are so nice, polite and English speaking. I wish them all the best and good luck in life. If I go back to Bohol then I will stay here again. And book in advance. They can be full because many have found out how good a place it is.

Massive comfy bed, great location, quiet, warm shower, clean linen and bath towels, good breakfast and coffee and friendly staff. Also theres a direct line from the room phone to the Mang Inasal downstairs... What else is there to say? Id happily stay here again and would recommend to anyone for a short to medium trip.

Everything was great, room has everything you need for a lovely stay. Bed is super confy and there is shelves to put everything in order. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Also we enjoyed our breakfast, specially the "longaniza" one. They have a little shop if you need to buy something.

Villa de Gloria opened 10 years ago. The owners, Ernie and Gloria, have turned what was once a jungle patch of land into a garden of Eden. You can see that Ernie has a real passion for gardening. We stayed in the cute bungalows by the sea and even had hummingbirds visit our front porch. There is a stairway that takes you down to the water, a small bamboo chill-out area, and a platform to snorkel from. You can also rent kayaks or SUP boards from them. There are also two swings hanging from the cliff that you can use during low tide. Ernie and his wife are very accommodating. My girlfriend was very sick when we arrived, and they took us to the hospital and helped us check in. Ernie has traveled a lot, has a broad worldview, and we had many interesting conversations with him. We would be glad to come back someday.
