Good location & clean rooms i recommend

I like everything on this place, from the location, to the service, staff is so friendly and helpful, like Jean, Lorian, Judy, Angelica, they made us feel really like home. Rooms were very good.

Cayco is found at the center of the Makati district in Poblacion which is a strategic position for those looking to be close by fancy restaurants, cocktail bars, rooftops, malls etc. If you prefer a more easy going environment with markets, street food stalls, filipino eateries there are areas close by reachable by foot in about 45/60min. The room was clean and bright and it was big enough. The area is pretty quiet, you will hardly hear roosters singing at 5 am. Wifi is good and stable. Plus: you can refill you water bottle. I really enjoyed the artworks hanging around the hotel and the room.

Exceptionally clean. Great location. Close to all the malls in the Mandaluyong and Makati areas. Staff very helpful. They took care of my luggage for storage while I was away. The staff scheduled Grab rides for me when I couldn’t do it on my own phone because I had an int’l phone number. Excellent ground service. Went the extra mile.

Truly enjoyed our stay in the Acqua Novotel Residence. Room was clean and well appointed. Location is excellent!

To be honest everything was amazing from the rooms to the view of the river to the staff and owner and how was everyone extremely hospitable and kind , i would strongly recommend it for anyone looking for an amazing stay in manila

I enjoyed my stay here! The place was so clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. The room also provided a nice view of the Pasig River and city lights at night. The neighborhood felt safe and secure. and it was fun being so close to Rockwell for shopping and dinning. The host helped us with directions a couple of times. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

The suite was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Facilities were new and functional with a good WiFi too. The staff were accommodating, attentive and responsive. Really amazing view of the river that connects the cities. Good location which you can reach easily. Money value was good enough for such a relaxing day.
