This place was such a charm! The house itself is tastefully appointed with all the facilities you need for a peaceful stay. Including a generator for power interruptions common for a remote area in the Philippines. The location cannot be beaten for a view of Mt Kanlaon… stunning morning views. But the stay would not have been the same without the personal touches added by the caretaker Ryan. Ryan went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was also a perfect guide to visit secret natural wonders on the hike up the mountain/volcano. He was also able to arrange car hire for local sight seeing with a lot of great suggestions. It is quite isolated and as a foreigner Ryan was so helpful to provide cultural insights and translations for travelling in the area. Made us feel so much more at ease. Cannot recommend this place enough with Ryan as part of the package. He was respectful, helpful and responsive at all times. Thank you for everything. 🙏🏽

This is a good value little hotel with attached restaurant. It's a little distance from the "city", but if you don't mind to walk for 6 minutes from the bus terminal, that's no problem, or a very cheap tricycle away. Staff are wonderful! Owners friendly. They're still working on things as its new building so not everything is perfect, but nothing worth mentioning. For a westerner, I was satisfied.

The host was a very friendly woman, we immediately felt at home! When her sari sari store was closed late in the evening, she opened up for us! For the price to stay there, it's definitely worth it! Aircon was good and clean just like the rest in the appartment! It was even included breakfast, but we missed that one, we slept so good that we were to late😁
