We like the atmospherea of the place. A bit far from the main road, but near a small village, beautiful, quiet place. We stayed there for Christmas night and it was really something special. We celebrated with the owner’s family, his friends and stuff and we enjoyed it very much.

Our stay here was excellent! The rooms are super nice, the place is peaceful, and in just a 10-minute walk you’re in the town center. The kindness of the people is truly amazing! It was my partner’s birthday, so I asked if they could maybe put up a few balloons or something — and they went above and beyond! They were so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place 100%!

If you are looking for a simple cabin, where you can enjoy some peace and quiete, then this is the place. Even though it is located in the middle of the jungle there are two descent options for lunch and dinner close by, and White Beach is only 10-15 minutes walk from the property. Internet connection is also good. Moreover, Nico and Jimmy are wonderful hosts, who are open to share tips and tricks about Port Barton and travel stories. NB: if you are not ready for a bumpy ride in a tricycle through the jungle in order to get to the accommodation don’t go here. But if you are up for an adventure and eventually ready to push the tuktuk through mud (if is has been rainy) this accommodation is highly recommendable for a 2-5 nights stay in Port Barton! We loved it!

This is a delightful place to stay being extremely clean and comfortable. There is a lovely pool where you can cool off and places to sunbathe. Breakfast is tasty and served outside your room.There is a room had everything you need. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. They organised a private boat trip for us which was amazing. The place is a short walk to the town and beach where there are plenty of places to eat. It is also possible to go to other beaches either by tuk tuk or boat. Parrots is a great choice in Port Barton.

The property was lovely, clean and nice rooms. The best thing for us was the extremely helpful staff. My partner was sick from food poisoning (be careful in Port Barton!!!) and the owner Eugene was super kind and helpful, driving us to hospital and to get supplies and such! And even driving us to El Nido. If it wasn’t for his help it would have been really difficult.
