Amazing stay! I booked just so me wife and I could sleep before going to the KRK airport and no I wished I could've stayed for a whole day. The sports facilities are top notch and since we're both tennis players we would've spent quite a lot of time on the courts. The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. It's only a 15 minute ride from the airport too so, big plus.

Great atmospheric hotel, with a luxury vibe of the past. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable mattresses. A little far from the old city center, hence quiet and serene.

The hotel is clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds. Esthetically the place looked nice (not "outdated" as the photos might have suggested). I liked to get some work done from my laptop on the sunny terrace as there were chairs and tables available for the hotel guests. The stay exceeded the expectations I and my friend had.

Also, a big thanks to Lukas, the manager, who was equally friendly with warm smile, approachable, and always made sure we felt welcomed and looked after. The property was ok though the bathroom not that handy for non disabled people. Were mostly designed for people with disabilities 🤔

Pretty room, beautiful wedding place, the restaurant has delicious kitchen, the athmosphere is lovely. Free parking, kind staff. I could use the fitness room and the wellness (which has finn sauna, infrasauna, salt cabin, and jazuzzi all with beautiful lightings) the stuff was helpful with everything.

The hotel was very charming, beautiful, clean, good decoration and friendly staff. Good location also, just 10 min walk from the main square. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is situated in a very central part of Krakow. Very close to the city square and very close to all the shops. In front of the hotel there's a tram stop which is very convenient to travel around the city. The rooms of the hotel are very comfortable and equipped with essential amenities like a kettle, hairdryer, iron and very good showers cubicles with warm water. The breakfast is abundant and offers a variety of food. I must not forget to praise the staff especially the reception people which are very helpful in all ways. We needed to book transportation from the hotel to the airport which they took the responsibility to do so. Plus that they were very helpful whenever we needed to ask something. I highly recommend this hotel to whoever is going to visit Krakow.

Great stuff, clean room, good breakfast, nice restaurant also with a lot of options for the dinner. Everyone was very kind, professional and helpful. You can park a car in a garage.

Breakfast and dinner were really good. Good customer service. A little bit of a distance from the city, but Uber is really good there.
