Wonderful stay with a child and a dog. Very friendly to pets, they presented a toy and some snacks to our dog when we checked in. Very good breakfast, sound of horses in the morning while eating made our day.

Welcoming, helpful staff. Secure parking space for a motorcycle. Beautiful view from the restaurant's balcony on Kraków, mountains and tennis courts. Swimming pool - unfortunately it was closed when we arrived at 20. Good selection of tasty, nutritious food for breakfast (not included in the hotel price).

A historic luxury hotel at an extremely good price. Pleasant surroundings, helpful staff, very tasty and varied breakfast. 5 minutes from the tram stop to the city center. I can recommend to everyone.

Parking is right at the entrance and is free, carwash is nearby, breakfast is awesome, rooms are clean and well equipped

good location easy trip to city by tram. easy parking. and there is a awesome local fresh market just nearby. great staff and they have a nice restaurant with good value and tasty menu.

Our stay included a visit to the swimming pool and saunas. The water temperature in the pool was at a minimally comfortable level, but the presence of the sauna compensated for this inconvenience. Our room did not have bathrobes for visiting the pool, it would be convenient for guests who stay at the hotel and visit the pool by elevator from the room. Comfortable lockers for changing clothes are provided for out-of-town guests.

Size of the room was perfect - lots of space for our luggage. Easy access into the city via public bus.

C’était simple mais efficace Transports accessibles

I have been in many four star hotels, but this one was exceptioal. The room was big and clean, and the bathroom was provided with modern accessories. I think the hotel is newly constructed, and I have been satisfied with my stay.

Professional approach to the guests. Clean and well located close to Krakow. Staff out of this world, I got sick that night and they did all to accommodate my sickness. ❤️

everything was clean and comfortable. there is free parking

Nice and clean room. I love that they provided a jar for fresh water. Great location, close to the old town and the central train station. Also, lots of great food options around. Our room overlooked a street with trams, but nevertheless, it was rather quiet and we could get good rest, especially since trams do not operate during the night.

Near center. Pet friendly. Private parking place. Breakfast.

Linens, amenities, comfort, service is top !

Number was clean, warm, quiet.

A receptionist named Paulina went above and beyond to help us, always with a smile. A centrally located hotel with outstanding hospitality.

The staff was great friendly and professional! Easy to get to

Two guys on the reception! Thank you so much for early check-in. I was too tired and it helps me a lot! This is my fourth time in this hotel because of such small things and personal approach.

We were delighted by the exceptional service provided by the receptionist blonde lady. When we discovered the TV in our room wasn’t working, she promptly arranged for us to move to another room, all within less than 10 minutes. Additionally, the complimentary parking was a wonderful perk. The breakfast we paid for was truly worth every penny, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Everything....staff were freindly breakfast and the food was great, comfortable surroundings and not far from the train station.

Easy check in, friendly staff, nice location, excellent cleanliness.
