We have stayed at this hotel before on our way from the airport and although the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, everything was tidy and nice and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with any requests. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Hotel Fero Express Krakow Staff were very friendly and had a great knowledge of the area. The restaurant was great and the food was very tasty. And the garden was very relaxing to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks. Enjoyed my stay and would come back again

We stayed for one night and were truly impressed. The location is perfect – right by the A4 route near Tyniec, which was very convenient for us. Check-in after midnight was quick and hassle-free, thanks to the kind and helpful lady at the reception. While the hotel may not be the most modern, it was very comfortable and fully met our expectations. The room was spotless and the bed extremely cozy – we had a great night's sleep. There’s a large car park in front of the hotel, which was very convenient, and a peaceful green area behind the building Breakfast was a real highlight – served in a beautiful restaurant on the ground floor, with a wide selection of cold cuts, Polish cheeses, fresh bread, cereals, as well as coffee, tea, milk, and juices. We also had a delicious hot breakfast – scrambled eggs with ham in our case – absolutely tasty! The service was wonderful – friendly, professional, and welcoming. This hotel truly deserves an extra star. Highly recommended!

Incredible and outstanding staff. Our flight was severely delayed and we arrived well past midnight. They waited for us, helped us get situated and were exceedingly nice and helpful. The hotel is older, so it doesn't have some of the things modern hotels have, but it is pleasantly quiet and the nights were cool, so the room cooled off quickly with open windows.

Everything was amazing. Late check in? No worries they are 24/7 Clean? Of course Toiletries? Yes sir Towels? Yes Food? I only tried the breakfast and was great Need supermarket? There is one next to it

The room was clean,the staff was very kind,the parking is în front of the hotel and location is on the road trough Kracowia .The breakfast is traditional ,the restaurant is traditional and very beautiful.I stayed twice în this hotel and I will return.
