Self-check-in was very simple and well explained, the parking space was right below the balcony that made loading the car very easy. Location was great, it was very easy to drive there and there were couple of grocery stores very close. The owner was kind enough to leave water bottles and other extras for us, we appreciated it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Honestly, I did not like it there. The place was dirty.
Honestly, I did not like it there. The place was dirty. I would give just 1 star for rating. Not once did they cleaned the room, or even offered a clean towel. Once it was bedtime, the staff were nowhere to be seen. There was not even the facility to make a cup of tea, or coffee in the room, so we had to purchase a kettle and cups. I would never return there and would definitely NOT recommend this place

Czeladź is not a touristic place (except Roman Baths).
Czeladź is not a touristic place (except Roman Baths). There are no restaurants - we found just one. The town needs renovation - it seems that renovation is ongoing and most probably everything looks better in few years. Luckily Katowice is close - you can take a taxi there - it costs less than 10 euros.

The level of attention to details was high. Owners try very hard to make the stay enjoyable by being attentive and ensuring a 'hotel' feel; even down to a chocolate treat on shower towels! Washing machine, dish washer, absolutely everything was available including dishes for pets. Very clean, nice and quiet area. Balcony with seating for tea and coffee! Very high standard of quality throughout. Very close to town centre, easy to walk to. Local supermarket within 3 mins walk.

The stuff at the hotel was very friendly, I arrived around 9pm, had very good sleep, comfy bed, everything nice and clean, kettle and coffee, tea in the room, had beautiful breakfast, just all you needed was there really, beautiful coffee, juice, a choice of bread, cheese and all that, eggs and warm breakfast very tasty omelette.

Hotel position is awesome, very close to Roman SPA (Termy Rzymskie), which was our reason for a visit.
Very pleasant and kind personnel - later check in and also check out was no problem, they waited for us for which we are very grateful.
Parking just behind the hotel is very convenient!

I think we had the cheapest room available and yet it was much better than the best rooms in most of the hotels.
And of course wellness in Roman style is the absolute best, one day isn't enough to experience it whole!
