Initially we had an issue with our room because the bathroom wasn’t really clean. But the very nice lady at the front desk sorted it out immediately. We got another room which was perfectly fine. Mistakes happen and that’s okay, what is important is how you handle it and the hotel handled it great. I recommend staying here!

This is a very comfortable hotel and despite being located beside a major roadway, the bedroom was silent. The bed was very comfortable too and we had 2 very enjoyable nights in this hotel. It was also located close to the city centre on foot.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, down to the smallest details. The bed was very soft, the bed linen was spotlessly clean, and there was a lovely, brand-new blanket. The room was comfortable and spacious, with everything I needed. The bathroom was well equipped with shampoo and soap, and there was also a great selection of coffee and tea. I really appreciated having a parking space inside the property. The reception team was also very responsive and always available whenever I needed them. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect.
