I was more than just satisfied with this hotel! Thanks a lot to everyone who is working there, great job :) Bukowina is full of guesthouses and apartments, but we wanted to find the hotel as we were coming in the morning, so we wanted to place our luggage somewhere + we were thinking about having breakfast in the hotel as well. So among all other options this hotel looked like the best deal. And damn, IT REALLY WAS! Couldn't be any better. 1. Location is just perfect. It's just 7 minutes from Bukowina thermal waters which was our destination actually. And it's just 2 minutes from the bus stop. So no matter what you want, this hotel is right in the center. There are few cafes and shops near the hotel, it was super useful. 2. I loved the hotel itself a lot. The staff was very nice and friendly, thank you! They allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early. They also explained everything super well and explained the breakfast options. When you are in the hotel you realize it's a mountain house because of its interior. I loved it a lot! There were elevators, good bathrooms, nice decorations inside. 3. Our room was much better than on the photos. First of all, it was spacious. Second of all, the view was breathtaking, I could've look at the mountains over and over again. The bed was fine, water bottles as a gift were appreciated, everything was working fine. The bathroom was amazing: so light, big and nice! I just loved it a lot. I have no idea what else to add. Next time we come, we are at this place. Thank you!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of delicious food. I recommend also the hotel with electric car, as they have a type2 charger in the parking lot, easy to use, and the charge price is not overrated.
