A very cozy, comfortable hotel with an incredibly beautiful view. Friendly staff, nice room with a comfortable bed and snow-white linens. Everywhere is clean, everything works. No deficiencies found. Separately, I want to tell you about the gorgeous breakfast. Dishes and products for every taste. Tasty and varied. Very happy after staying in this hotel. I'll definitely come back again. Well, well, well... I haven't written the words I'm writing now for a long time. Let me start by saying that this hotel is wonderful and the rooms are large, spacious (be sure to get a room with a balcony), the beds are comfortable, the blankets are fluffy and cozy, the pillows are super soft. The breakfast is fantastically varied and delicious. And the next day there are new options. The only complaint is the quality of the coffee - hey, hotel bosses, go to the Circle K gas station and buy coffee there and it's 2x better than what's offered at the hotel. Why when everything else is so great? Throw your coffee machines out the window and buy the same ones as theirs. With the same coffee beans. I wasn't the only one who was upset about this. I saw and heard several people complaining. Let's continue with the positive - the water park is great. Everything is great, the only wish would be that there could be at least one pool where the water is not 30+ degrees, but, for example, 26 degrees. That would be pleasantly refreshing on a hot day. Kudos to the staff too - fast, polite, efficient and most importantly - their smiles were genuine, not fake. The hotel administration is clearly on the right track and it is worth flying here from thousands of kilometers away.

Beautiful and cozy hotel with an astonishing view. Nice rooms, great beds, good choice of dishes for breakfast. A lot of places to go: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massage. Very clean allover. Beautiful green territory. Spacious parking lot. A great aqua park in just 5 minutes drive. Great choice of restaurants with local food and incredible view nearby.

We loved the location of the place. View from the room window and the restaurant was stunning! Everything was at very high standard of finish and staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in their restaurant and food was like a Michelin style - presentation and taste 😋 We couldn't get enough. On a second day we booked Termy and hotel gives you a free ride to and from there. Excellent service 👏 👍
