The staff were amazing, from the moment I arrived , they were so helpful. The room was spotless clean , tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Short walk to the church of the nativity. Food was excellent and breakfast had plenty of choice .

When we arrived, the warm welcome we received was unlike any other. The staff was incredibly friendly and promptly escorted us to our room. They provided us with detailed explanations, ensuring our stay got off to a great start. What was particularly surprising was the affordability of everything on the premises, which was unexpected given the room prices. The museums and gallery added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with a period of conflict, but the staff continued to look after us, ensuring our safety and well-being. Despite the challenging circumstances, I still wholeheartedly recommend visiting this hotel. It’s a testament to the fact that you don’t need to fear visiting Bethlehem even in the current situation.
