Albacora across from Tavira island was such a relaxing spot, the spacious pool area with big warmish pool, then the location with beautiful estuary on your doorstep and quick boat trip over to a stunning wide beach with beach bars and lidos. Very clean and well equipped room, excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff. We wish we had stayed longer, truly! The town of Tavira is so lovely too. We were sad to go.

Altanure Almatere is a very special place. It is beautifully decorated, in a wonderful location and the staff are fabulous. They go above and beyond and just such lovely people. The breakfasts are delicious too. We felt very fortunate indeed to stay here

We had a fantastic room in the main building under the roof. The hotel is in an impressive historical palacio with beautiful modern design elements. The team is very friendly and helpful. And the fantastic breakfast was the perfect start into our days.

This was our second visit to São Paulo Boutique Guesthouse and it was every bit as good as the first. The breakfast is tasty, quality and is something different everyday. The staff are absolutely lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The plunge pool is a nice break after a day in the sun. The location is about as good as you can get in Tavira, right in the heart of town with everything a short walk away. Parking can be a bit tricky, but that's to be expected in the old town and it's a small price to pay. We recommend it to all of our friends and we'll be back.

The service was amazing. Breakfast delicious with delux variation of food fruits sweets cheeses etc. Beautiful calm property with long history. Location quiet still few minutes to the center. Swimming pool by the bar..evening sun. Lovely. Definitely back. Strong recommendation for couples.

This hotel is very clean and receptionist work is outstanding.

The property is stunning. Every little detail is considered, so well kept and all works in harmony with nature. The decor is beautiful and very cool, it’s art meets nature. There are so many different areas to explore on this property it really feels like the garden of Eden. Our room blew us away, it was beautifully done, very comfortable with stunning views. The rooms are cleaned daily, while you enjoy the INCREDIBLE brunch spread that is made fresh everyday. I am 6/7 months pregnant and it was the most comfortable, relaxing, rejuvenating stay here. The staff are amazing, special shout out to Laura who is an angel. We had a car so could get around, the local town is cool with lots of restaurants and stuff going on. We 100% recommend and will return one day!
