Where to start, casa rural is just fabulous, from all the excellent communication before arrival to the moment you enter this idyllic oasis of calm. After an excellent welcome from this beautiful family (animals included😀), you enter into the fabulous cute cottage, which has everything and more that you need whether just using as a base or creating beautiful food using all the local produce from this area as we did, something else to note is that the cottage stays really cool even on the hottest days. If you like nature you will love this place, the views, the animals, the plantlife the walks etc... We stayed for 11 nights and we think the best part of our holiday was arriving as guests and leaving as friends 🧡......... We've travelled around the world, and this is one of only two places now that we have genuinely been very upset to leave...........xx

Don't be fooled by the lack of reviews, this place is an amazing spot to travel across south of Portugal and to spend some time closer to the nature. Pool is always ready if you're not in the mood of going to the beach. Kitchen even overequipped. You can make any type of BBQ you want (even Leitao or pizza). Hammock can be hang anywhere. Fireplace in the house will keep you warm and cosy and two big tables will fit any party whether it's family or friends.

Boasting inner courtyard views, Vale da Cassiopeia provides accommodation with a garden, a tennis court and a bar, around 16 km from Sao Clemente Fort.

A warm welcome. I had a great time. The hosts were so kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Location was lovely, green and peaceful. It's a nice short walk towards the village. And just a short drive to places like Porto Covo or Milfontes. I would definately recommend this stay!

Delightful in every aspect. The houses, the friendly staff, the excellent breakfast, the swimming pool, and the quiet surroundings of the location in deep Alentejo. This place presents high quality standards at a pretty reasonable price. A small property of 6 terraced houses, all with a spacious bedroom and living room with kitchen. Very well equiped and nicely decorated. The breakfast is excellent with warm bread, croissant, and cakes just out of the woven. The swimming pool and the view of surroundings is super pleasant. Very good for family with kids, the baby crib was very good quality and the sofa bed for the child also good and spacious. The location is quiet, though the walls between houses are pretty thin and not sound-proof. The drive to nearest town (Cercal) is 10min, there are good restaurants there. And the drive to seaside is 20-30 min but there are many wonderful beaches to explore in this part of Alentejo so this is a great base :)

This hotel is in a magical area not far from the ocean but hidden in the hills and forests. The facilities are great, the vegetation is amazing, there is a great pool, wonderful staff especially Frederico is very helpful and kind. Amazing place.

The hospitality of Fina, Victor and their dochers, they are truly amazing! The location and tranquility. Good breakfast with own products like: wild honing, eggs, chees, fruit. We had couple of time delicious meals (authentic flavours) and very nice vno Verde for a very fair price From there we visited gorgeous beaches and towns, like Porto Covo, Vila Nova Milfones, etc. We will definitely come back!
