The apartment is very well located within the Linhares village. It’s only a couple minutes walk to the medieval castle and the main little square of town - which you can find a great restaurant too! It had everything one might need to cook and it was super clean and had such a homey smell. The host was also flexible as I had some issues with my reservation (which was my own mistake, but the host was incredibly flexible and helped me out). It is perfect for a couple to stay, and it is also super charming with the medieval vibes from the city. We were also given a little gift which was super delicious!! Definitely a highlight for us. Funny thing - Linhares doesn’t have house numbers, but the host’s instructions made it super easy to find ;) Totally recommend!!

Everything was flawless, which is a rare experience. The staff were super efficient, and with this , they were nearly invisible, the indicator of quality is obvious. We loved the outdoor pool, the water was almost acceptably warm. The receptionist kindly gave us a room with the best terrace overlooking the valley, so we could enjoy our coffee walking right through the balcony door.

Simply stunning! Isabel is very welcoming and the apartment is perfectly fitted out with everything we needed. We arrived at 3.30pm and did a load of washing which we then hung out on the bedroom balcony line, Portuguese style, and it was dry by 10am when we were ready to leave. We were able to park our car in the adjacent square. Highly recommend!

Booked for one night stayed for 3, impeccable service, dinner was delicious 😋 and breakfasts had ample choices, dogs enjoyed the stay too. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely come back.
