Perfect location for a quick overnight stay. Staff were very helpful, and the restaurant was incredibly reasonably priced. Really liked having the extra blankets in the room! Continental breakfast was nothing special, but filling. Thank you!

Super helpful staff - we turned up late with 4 e-bikes that needed charging over night and they went out of their way to make it possible. Late excellent dinner, comfy rooms, great breakfast and cool art deco interior

I give a super 10!! to this place. For me, the best in my long trip along north and central Portugal. Better than any hotel or apartment due to its excellent relation: quality-price-pets!-services-bery friendly and professional stuff. I could use a very complete kitchen, i could wash and dry my clothes for just 3.50 euros (both), i had a private bathroom, although separate of the room, but private with key, and the pets were allowed. Due to a mistake of booking.com the pets didn't pay the suplement (5 euros per dog) and they respected that mistake of booking that affect to them. I considered this very proffesional, so in case i come back i would pay the pet's fee with pleasure... very difficult to reach this comment from me, i always avoid places that charge for pets. I DO recommend this place to everyone, specially travelling with pets, as you have everything much more affordable than any appartment or hotel and you will always find nice people

Very comfortable room. Large bathroom with good size walk in shower. 2 single beds in room. Pillows and bed comfortable. Very clean. Wifi good. Aircon good. Tv has plenty of channels. Parking onsite. Restaurant was closed the day I arrived but bar was open for beer and coffee. Almeida is only 6 min easy drive for restaurants.Host very nice and helpful. She has recently taken over management. Nice and quiet being in small village. Breakfast was good.
