Very true Alentejo house, very tidy and clean, extremely quiet, absolutely no noise at all, felt like I was far away from mankind, loved it. Only the church bell now and then in the morning ( not through the night) with its lovely sound. Will return, absolutely loved everything in this property. and the owner could not be more friendly and accommodating. Absolutely exceptional !!!!

About everything. Cozy, clean, spacious, amazing view on the lake and village, there was coffee, tea and everything you need to cook, including the basic things like salt, pepper and often used herbs in the Portuguese kitchen. Backyard is marvellous and has a “spa” pool where I can imagine in the summer it is an amazing treat.
