Very true Alentejo house, very tidy and clean, extremely quiet, absolutely no noise at all, felt like I was far away from mankind, loved it. Only the church bell now and then in the morning ( not through the night) with its lovely sound. Will return, absolutely loved everything in this property. and the owner could not be more friendly and accommodating. Absolutely exceptional !!!!

Situated in an absolutely stunning part of Portugal, the hotel is a renovated traditional country Manor House. There are superb views down to the river and across the valley. We were greeted by wonderfully friendly staff, including the owner who made our short stay most enjoyable. The food available in the hotel restaurant was of the highest standard.

Lilases is located in the centre of Mora, which is a beautiful town in the Alto Alentejo. Lilases has been fully restored and offers great accommodation, beautiful gardens, a swimming pool and very nice food. Great for a peaceful break in deep, real Portugal.

The location is perfect - close to center of the town. The hotel is fantastic, on of the most beautiful buildings and room I have stayed in. I have travelled allot - but this one is one of the best !

Nice spacious accommodation in close reach of town. Mora is a pretty town. The local nature reserve was beautiful, and it was a nice place to swim and relax.
