Everyone was very friendly, room was very clean and had everything i needed. The hotel is in between two bus stops, so i it was impossible to miss it when getting there. It has a nice bakery and a supermarket right nearby and also the hotel's restaurant was excellent!

Amazing location, beautiful room and tremendously child friendly staff.

Staff were very friendly and explained that some roads were planned to be closed the next day, told me an alternative route, and gave me a room on a quieter floor. The room was big and comfortable, there were enough blankets and everything in the bathroom was working without issues and there were always hot water. Breakfast provided a lot of choice, was delitious, and the breakfast hall was big enough and with a lot of tables. The location is in a park which you just cross, and you are on Bom Jesus do Monte. Very nice for night walks and observing the city from above.

We got upgraded to the Hotel du Parquet, which is just up the hill, and probably suited us better. The room was a good size, we had a corner room with 3 large windows. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, reasonable choice from cereals, fruit, cold meat and cheese, and scrambled eggs. The setting is beautiful. Manicured gardens leading down to Bom Jesus where it gets even prettier.

Everything, nothing to dislike!

I loved the pousada! The facility is fantastic and a joy to walk around, both the grounds and the building. The staff was so helpful and welcoming, from the front desk to the dining room. I felt welcomed and cared for. I would absolutely stay here again and will tell anyone I know traveling in Portugal to stay here!

The 24 hr. free coffee, juice and water! Enough parking space, beds were good, friendly staff.
