Oh WOW. Just wow. Comfy bed, beautiful little cottage built by the owner and her husband with their own two hands, perched on the side of a mountain with incredible views, delicious breakfast delivered in a hamper and eaten outside listening to the water running in the river below and the birds singing. Just beautiful.

The check in and check out was easy and flexible, with great communication from the host. The location is excellent, but keep in mind it's a small village. The house is close to the bar "O Lagar" (which I recommend you visit, it's a restored olive oil workshop) and the river where you can swim is clear and well kept. The house itself is great, spacious and well equipped. Bedrooms are well laid out and the beds are big, bathrooms are also excellent with great water pressure and showers. Kitchen has all utensils you might need to cook and an outdoor barbecue area is a huge bonus. Decoration is conservative but in great condition. I highly recommend the house.

It was such a pleasure to spend the weekend in a place so special. The view is quite unique. Surrounded by nature, mountains all around. It really exceeded our best expectation. The rustic decoration matches perfectly the nowadays amenities. Dona Anabela makes the reception even more warm and special by introducing the history of the house. It is a home with a proper soul!
