- super kindly hotel team - great location for people who loves city walk. - Special Design and lovely details - very good breakfast and sincerely service for example luggage care - individual gast service. We stayed all 3 nights here and 1 night in between we were in Madeira. The hotel team kept the language for us and gave us a wonderful room with kindly / individual welcome card. Sweet :))

This hotel is just amazing, we enjoyed literally everything! Clean spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great shower (a good shower is not something you can find in every even 5 star hotel), friendly and super-helpful staff. The have own pizzeria which seem to be pretty popular - pizza there was great as well. Location is good, not far from city-centre. We definitely recommend this hotel!

The design and layout is very modern and stylish. The rooms and beds are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent. There is an indoor parking for 17 euros per night. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre. I really enjoyed the cocktails at the hotel bar.

It makes a lovely base for exploring the area as there is easy access to Porto and the surrounding area. But if you want to stay put it is a lovely, simple relaxing place to read a book, drink some wine, read a bit more.

I came to discover the Valongo festivities, only on the last day. I wish I had come earlier and with more time, because Valongo is a beautiful and very stylish city that I didn't know about. The people are also very friendly and hospitable.

Be careful with parking zones.

Be careful with parking zones. I got a ticket for parking in a white zone because there was a sign that said PSP, which means it's for the police. They immobilized my car and I had to pay €150 to remove the wheel clamp.

I didn't like the bathroom because it lacked towel racks and a toilet paper holder; I'm referring to room number 26. The restaurant was very bad at dinner; they served me completely burnt veal, unfit for consumption, it all remained on the platter, and the employee seemed ill-suited for this kind of service. At this point, I regret not returning the burnt veal.

A convenient stop for exploring the Porto area. Well-connected by public transport, but with the timetable limitations of a standard bus. Small but comfortable, with several supermarkets nearby. Easy access to the motorway.

This is an underrated 3 star hotel, better than most 4 stars hotels across Europe. Very nice hotel, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean rooms, extremely kind and professional staff. We had asked for a quiet room, far from the elevators and other sources of noise, we were given exactly that---a very quiet and pleasant stay. Fully recommended.
