The staff is very friendly and open. We have never taken breakfast at the hotel, but we were free to use the dishes and microwave. The location was perfect, a minute walk from Saint Catherine church. Also good price for a decent suite.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was rainy and cold weather outside, so we spent majority of our time inside. Funnily enough, I loved staying in the hotel more than city itself. The interior design of the common areas and rooms are so unique and luxurious that you feel the zen and relaxation the minute you enter the space. The staff is always available and very helpful. If you're interior designer - you must stay here. :) Portuguese-made bed linen and towels. European-made decor. Very good breakfast, savoury vegetarian option available (although you need to ask for plant-based milk). The restaurant in the hotel is very convenient option with delicious pizza. The hotel breakfast was good enough. If you checkout earlier than the breakfast, the staff will provide the super lovely breakfast box (water, juice, fruit, sandwich, croissant) on request. I must admit that this hotel presents like a 5-star hotel.

The hotel was even better than what we thought and what you saw in the photos. We had one of the Jacuzzi Suites. The room was literally flawless. The Jacuzzi was exactly what we needed after a long day walking in this wonderful city. The Jacuzzi is heated and the temperature of the water was perfect. We could be in it for as long as we wanted without being cold, the outside temperature was 6° Celsius.

I will keep the warmest memories of my stay in Porto and in the "Hotel Jaguar". Many thanks to the staff members, who were genuinely friendly and helpful! The hotel itself is comfortable, very clean, safe and quiet (which was important for me, as a solo traveler); and the airport shuttle works perfectly - you just need to specify the time of your arrival/departure in advance. Free Wi-Fi, a smoking area at the entrance, nice breakfast; overall - 10/10.
