When we booked we ask for early check in, arrived around 13.00 and no room avail, fair enough check in is 15.00 so we asked to check in and then they let us know when room was ready, they said not allowed come back at 15.00, there was no que at 13.00 but when we came back at 15.00 there was at least 15 people in front to check in, crazy all hotels check you in when you arrive regardless of room ready or not We also requested , double bed and checked at check in & they said yes it was, but ended up a twin room, after waiting behind 15 people checking in we could not be bothered in going back to reception so suffered it The hotel is advertised as refurbished but it is so so dated , although clean & tidy so I assume the refurbishment was a repaint . At nearly 300 euro's its very overpriced, I guess most people there were on a package tour paying half that which would be a fair price . breakfast was very good for a four star
