It was the second time that I come in Doha but my first time in Intercontinental Doha Beach. First of all, we were very well received by Khadija the receptionist who speak english Arabic and French. It help us a lot, since the beginning she took care of us until the last day at the hotel. For all request that we need she was very available. We met Khawthar who take care of our daughter in the "Playkids". She immediately understood perfectly with my daughter. She was very nice and she speak french arabic and english. At the Coral restaurant, we met Trisha Sheron Aftab, Pauline, Shanny, Amit, Eric, Ronneta and Mustapha. They really make our stay pleasant. They were always available and helpful. Thanks to the housekeeper who really did their job very well Ali and Bebika. Thanks to the lifeguard Omar at the pool for being watchful and Sanjay who was helpful too. Thanks to the doorman Michael and Martin. We are very happy to have made the right choice for this hotel. It's like we find a new family with the staff. I truly recommend this hotel for all tourists.

Everything is great, cleanliness is amazing, bed mattress and pillows are very good quality, still i had an incident of smoke going out of AC, which was electrical short circuit at night, luckily i was awake, but it was handled professionally and quickly, the staff moved me to another room.

Everything. Comfortable, spacious, good views, well designed, fridge, microwave, coffe machine, good bathroom/toilet. It was in really good condition and clean. The location was quite close to the airport and close to different important museums, park and shopping areas. Overall it is an unbeatable value for the price.
