The room was clean, warm, and comfortable with nice views of the surrounding countryside. There is a small kitchen for self-catering and a grill that guests can use. The pension is new and in a good standard in general: - large rooms - very clean - good breakfast - located 5min on foot to the historical train station What really stands out is the owners attitude. They cared about our wellbeing from top to bottom: - breakfast at 06:30 (highly exceptional in Romania, where standars breakfast is served at 08:00) - very late checkout at 15:00 for free (we decided to stay one more night, but we had the option to leave late afternoon) - arranging local requests, e.g. the historical train It is also worth noting, this is a remote rural location where an accomodation with this standard and level of service is a rare find.

Literally heaven on Earth. No words can describe how perfect the place was and how welcomed we were to Stefan’s family house. We were greeted by our hosts’ parents, who went to great lengths to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was huge, very nicely furnished and the absolute cleanest, and we slept like babies. We had a private bathroom attached to it, as clean as they come. Our host made us traditional Romanian cuisine, which was the best we've ever eaten : chicken and vegetable soup, roasted meat with puree and cabbage and rose jam (all of it homemade of course). They very kindly lent us bikes so we could ride to Moldovita Monastery, without any extra. And in the morning, our host showed us the traditional way to paint eggs, and gave us the final result of this demonstration. If you want to visit the Bucovina region, THIS IS THE PLACE : the kindest people, the best food and a good rest.

The host was absolutely wonderful — very attentive, kind, and welcoming. We truly felt as if we were staying with relatives. She even waited for us although we arrived very late, which we really appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable — the best one we had during our entire trip! Everything was clean, and the room had everything we needed. In the morning, we ordered breakfast and were served a simple, delicious homemade breakfast. The portion was just right and gave us enough energy to continue our journey without having to look for food somewhere else. The location was also very peaceful and quiet. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and step outside to the sound of the stream. We really enjoyed our stay and are very grateful for the warm hospitality.

Everything was perfect! The host was a very lovely lady, she made breakfast for us which was incredible delicious! The whole house has an amazing rustic style which makes you feel like in a fairy tale. The best stay in Sucevița! I would strongly recommend!
