Everything was perfect. The location is near a Mall and a lot of shops. The center of the city is 5-10minutes with car/taxi. Beds are comfortable. Furniture is new and nice designed. I would recommend this place :)

We did like literally everything - location (very central, but quiet neighborhood), beautiful building (both exterior and interior), private parking and excellent restaurant in the hotel itself. Initially we did not plan to have our dinner there, but it was a good choice to do so - all the food we ordered was delicious and the list of meals is more than generous.

Nice spacious and clean room in a good location close to town. They let us know in advance that the hotel hosts events so may be noisy at night which was good to know though this did not bother us at all. We were on the third floor and it was not loud from there. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

A great hotel in Craiova. There is free parking right outside the hotel in a secure area. The receptionist has to let you in. The room was very big and had a lovely, big comfortable bed. Its spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay including a fridge. There is also aircon and the room was centrally heated. A TV on the wall. A large bathroom and large shower with lots of hot water. There is also a desk. Great wifi. We had the breakfast included and there was a lot to choose from. The coffee machine did great coffee too and it was hot!

Staying at Hotel Relax & Ballroom was a great experience, especially with the host's kindness. They were able to arrange a very late check-in around 2 a.m. The hotel entrance is secured by a locked door with an access code after midnight, so you just need to ring to get in. After getting the room card from the reception desk, it was straight to bed. What really made the stay exceptional was that they had left breakfast in the mini-bar for me to enjoy in my room whenever I woke up—a truly five-star touch. It's a top-notch place with warm, kind, and customer-oriented people.
