I had a very good experience here! The room was good sized, clean, well maintained + bathroom. The food was very good, service excellent (both owner + staff), quiet and very good deal (price in September). There is also a brand-new Jacuzzi tub that we could rent for the evening and enjoy the outdoor air while relaxing in the jacuzzi tub. I would recommend booking here anytime if visiting the area. Also - i would like to revisit in summer time due to the heated pool :) This only a improvement idea, not necessarily an issue : It was confusing how to reach the pension - Because of the GPS application that took me to a bit steep road that normally I've wouldn't follow as I was driving a small car. There is an additional (less steep) road on the other side of the pension. Please maybe highlight the road to the pension by having signs/boards being posted down the hill? These could indicate the easier road up.

A hidden gem up in the mountains. Stunning views. Hot water in the jacuzzi. Modern fire pit inside. And a very friendly Maria and her son. Well worth the money, just wish we could have stayed longer.

Great views from the property. Very homely and with a lot of character. I felt at home as soon as I stepped inside. Good facilities and friendly hosts. Small supermarket 1 minute away on fiit. Bus stop 2 minutes away. A lovely place for unwinding and taking in the atmosphere of Lupsa Valley. Recommended.

The cabins are cute and look just like the photos. They are well-maintained and well-stocked. The host was very responsive and helpful. The beds were very comfy and there is both AC and heating located in areas that will heat or cool the cabin (both upstairs and downstairs) so that you can sleep comfortably regardless of outside temperature. The jacuzzi is 300lei to use. If you book the back cabins, there is no view of the mountains, just a view of the two front cabins, but you get a bit more privacy. The front cabins have a great view of the mountains, as shown. In the morning, there is noise of people talking and very light construction (people hammering lightly, moving loads, etc. ) starting at around 8:30am, which is ok for people already awake at that time, not as good for late holiday sleepers. There is parking right out in front of the cabin which is very convenient. The location is very good and is walking distance from the Rimetea cafes and restaurants.
