The lady, who handled multiple roles such as front desk, serving, and sauna management, was very friendly and full of hospitality, making me feel comfortable just by communicating with her.The hotel's interior, including the restaurant, was decorated in a calming green color scheme, and the guest rooms were simple yet comfortable. The room's steam function also provided ample warmth.

Outstanding! We were welcomed with open arms, and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast and coffee was fresh, cooked to order, and tasted excellent. Our hosts' local knowledge meant we experienced the very best of Herculane, including the thermal springs and mineral waters. The view from the room, out over the town, was stunning, and everything provided (including a fridge) was just what we needed. And Lili's homemade jam was 11 out of 10...😜🤩
