We had a great stay, one of our best experiences via Booking.com so far! The owners, Catalina and Cornel are very friendly. We had good conversations together and Cornel happens to make excellent honey from his own bees. We were given the opportunity to try two variants for free and I can highly recommend both! They offer two studio’s coupled to their house which have their own separate entrance. Both contain a kitchen, a bathroom, decent beds and one is even equipped with a laundry machine. There is ample space to park a car next to the property for free. The neighbourhood is decent, it’s a great place from which to explore Braşov and its beautiful surroundings, we will definitely visit again!

+ the communication with the owner was great from the start + everything looks like in the pictures (to be honest, better than in the pictures) + private parking space + quiet area + beautiful view towards Piatra Craiului, Bucegi and Făgăraș mountains (and some other smaller ones as well) + very clean + quite spacious + nice smart TV + easy access even though there is no elevator (it's the 3rd floor, so no big fuss) + complimentary water, tea, coffee + comfortable bed + big rooms and bathroom

Great place to stay, everything is new, very clean and located in a quiet location. Room had air-con, great help in the recent heatwave. Fully equipped kitchen, we had our breakfast on the terasse as it was a beautiful morning. Great host, Thomas gave us plenty of tips for local sights and locations to visit. Thank you very much, we really enjoyed our stay here!

+ everything was spotless clean and tidy + very comfortable bed + really well equipped with all the kitchen utensils that one might need + big and very nice smart TV (with Netflix included) + excellent communication with the owner, and the check-in/ check-out procedures were a breeze + very warm although it was cold outside + very easy to reach by car and I have seen some bus stations but haven't used them (with no car is far away from any point of interest) + free parking nearby (but not guaranteed and only per availability, but we didn't have any problems) + there is a small grocery shop 2 minutes away
