Very clean, well-maintained and comfortable apartments. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a higher-standard room, which was a very nice surprise.

My family and I stayed at Jolie boutique hotel for one night and everything was excellent and even more beautiful than the photos I would say!! Brand new building with comfortable rooms, comfortable mattresses, spotlessly clean everything and beautiful decoration, we will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this place

Very nice room, the staff is amazing. Everything was fine. The breakfast is really good. I recommend this hotel

Everything is good, excellent conditions, good price worth the money.

Excellent rooms, very comfortable, clean and large.

Best location, different types of rooms, basic, renovated, big studios, apartments, for everyone basically. Flexibility from reception, because you can pay directly at the reception, we had a one day delay, we announced and didn’t need to pay that night.

Everything was perfect. Thank you

Much better than expectation,

Wonderful hotel , the room size was perfect and the staff were very kind

Nice interior design. Large rooms and high quality facilities.

Lady on reception was extremely helpful and professional. Hotel has great location and amazing comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, very well cituated next to the big mall, free parking, basic and very good breakfast, very friendly staff. Very recomended for one or two nights.

It was clean, warm and comfy.

Good place to stay, the rooms are ok, you have cable tv as well. Of course everything is in Romanian but this is to be expected. The beds were fairly comfortable although not exactly for my taste. There was AC which kept the temperature like it should be. The bathroom was clean and there was enough space. The breakfast weren't included in the price for the rooms but it was not a problem. 100 Lei for each room and we occupied 2. The breakfast was good, had everything you need. The staff was polite. I can recommend the hotel!

Centrally located, true boutique hotel. Attentive and helpful staff. Confortable rooms, excellent breakfast.

The location of the place is in an old pedestrian area, in the city center, filed with restaurants and bars. Although I arrived quite late, the stuff was very friendly and welcomed me to my room. The room was very clean and cozy, everything seemed high quality and I felt like the price comfort ratio was very good.

The hotel is conveniently located within 10 minutes walk of the old town centre, meaning you get a pleasant and quiet stay without being too far out. Andrei on reception was fabulous and very friendly, he provided several good tips about the local area and made me feel very welcome. The room was large and very comfortable, with a well appointed bathroom and stable, fast wi-fi. Breakfast was very tasty and provided options above and beyond your usual hotel breakfast fare.

Very good location, breakfast super, , room excellent

Very comfortable beds, the room was super nice. 10-15 min walk till the city center. You'll find a supermarket in 5-7 min from the hotel.

Clean, comfortable large room close to the Christmas market and public transport. Well worth the stay, good value for money.

Friendly staff, very clean, stilish.
