This place is very recommended for travelers who have a tent and are visiting Cluj and/or its surroundings like Bonțida with its beautiful Bánffy Castle where the "Electric Castle" festival is happening every year. So regardless if you are in the area for the festival or just to explore this part of Romania, go for it! The hosts (which are speaking English very well!) are very friendly and helpful and I had some interesting conversations with them. The Bonțida train station is about 2,2 km northwest of it and the Bánffy Castle about 1,3 km south of it. The shops in the town (for example Profi Loco right in the near of the castle) are very useful to restock your supplies and you can order an excellent pizza or other food from "Country Pizza" located in the neighbor town Răscruci which will be delivered right to the camp site! What else can I say? Just take a look at the photos of the site and Bonțida I attached to this review. It's a calm, secure and green place, well guarded by cats and a little dog right between trees and bushes. Showers, toilets, places to sit down, a pool, electricity, hammocks and many possibilities to plant your tent. The rest is up to you. I recommend visiting the town and its castle and the beautiful landscape around. The city center of Cluj is just about 30 km away. Or do it like myself and just relax there. I travelled trough Romania for two weeks using trains, so having a place to just stay for some days is gold! :) I'm looking forward for my next stay in Romania somewhere next year when I will visit the Secret Garden again!

We travelled with dogs to participate at the Turda Dog Show. Being totally fenced gave us some extra rest to get them in/out of the car. Also the car was parked behind a gate. Host really wants to help -could always call her-, the room was warm and comfortable when we arriverd after a long drive. 10/10
