The dynamic young owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable; her warm hospitality and genuine enthusiasm sets this pension apart from other establishments. The hotel is attached to the han (restaurant) by the bus station. Despite that, it's very quiet. Getting breakfast is simply a matter of going to the restaurant in the morning and choosing what you want off the menu. It is a good place for an overnight stay before or after visiting the Horezi monastery. There is also and old church (Biserica Veche) a short walk away that is worth having a look at. Some of the staff speak a little bit of English, so we had no problems despite only having 3 words of Romanian between us.

We loved the property. It was big, beautiful, full of houses and they have a restaurant right there. Which is perfect, for each meal of the day! They have a playground for kids. And we saw a husky, a cat and a squirrel! Really great place to relax
