Everything was as expected, the host was wonderful, she gave us a very warm welcome and during our stay she made us feel very special. Breakfast had plenty of choices and we had lunch and dinner there and the food was very good. The hotel was very clean with daily housekeeping. Definitely I would come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. I also enjoyed a nice bath with my lady and to top it up , we had room service in the morning with a very tasteful breakfast and coffee which was included in the price. The stuff was amazing ! very kind ! 10/10 For me , this hotel was the best in town ! Definitely will visit again

Zalau is a small but charming town, its surrounding areas being absolutely amazing landscapes. We had a tour of the churches, very spiritual and beautifully decorated. The locally grown food is excellent, as the locally distilled plum brandy, which is no. 1 in the country. It's also close to the city of Cluj, just 2 hours drive, so this could be made into a tandem visit.DianaBelgium - 8.0

"Multicoloured" city, lot of differences among people. Also city itself, architecture etc. is very various. In hills next to Zalau is located ancient Roman city Porolissum - a short trip, it´s worth to see it.

Zalau seems to be a growing city, a small mountain one, with nice people and nice places. We just saw it on the run, during the night was good looking from the car, with lots of lights and shows during Christmas period.

This hotel is beside a forest.The view from our room was great.We had the option to select our room which was a nice gesture .The place is quiet located in a selected area of the town. The bed is comfortable and the water in the shower could be adjusted to be warm and pleasant The breakfast was tasty and generous to give you a good start. I ended up staying another day.
