The staff is Amazing especially Akter of the coffee shop. The manager is always here to listen to our problem and to find solution. He is very kind, professionnal and human. Thanks u so much for being so professional. The hotel is very close to the Madjid and it s a great hostel for family. The food is delicious and the housekeeper 👍. The best experience ever. AlhamduLILLAAH they gave me complimentary haram view and it was just awesome. The sisters at the reception were highly welcoming and maintained high standards. Every evening when I returned from Haram, I found my room completely cleaned and well organized. I visit haram almost every year and I am just wondering why didn't I book this hotel earlier. This is definitely going to be in my top list for upcoming visits. Jazaak ALLAAH khair everyone for making this memorable. May ALLAAH SWT accept your efforts and reward immensely.

Great staff specially Muhammad Naeem from house keeping was always there to help and served with a smile. Good job Naeem. Keep it up. Easy access to Masjid-e-Nabawi Gate 327. Convenient location to stay with Family and kids. Property is newly renovated so it’s spotless and has good ambience.
