The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. What really stood out was the staff’s treatment, which was outstanding — you couldn’t ask for more. They were attentive at all times, checking if we needed anything and making us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The location is excellent, right in the city center, with everything close by: shops and the most important mosques. At the same time, if you’re looking for peace and quiet at all times, this is the perfect place. I would highly recommend it and, without a doubt, we would choose the same accommodation again on our next visit.

I had an amazing stay. They allowed me to check in a bit early since my flight landed before the official check-in time. While I was waiting for my room to be ready, Mr. Zilaini kindly offered me coffee and snacks. He was always available to help and provide information. The in-room services were excellent, including a fruit basket, coffee, and dates. The room was quiet and clean. The bathroom had plenty of shampoo, body wash, and toiletries—unlike many other hotels. The hotel is also conveniently close to the ladies’ prayer area, about a 7–9 minute walk. Overall, the stay was amazing.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Gratefully thanks to housekeeping supervisor Abdul Hamid and Rashedul for their quick response to provide services on time and also professional smiling face😊. The hotel is well situated, being close to Haram, shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

One of the sacred Masjids in the world. Peaceful and joy to visit and pray in. I'd recommend visiting after prayer times for more spiritual experience. You can visit the shops near the piazza area, if that's your thing...
