Simple, clean, cozy, comfortable, quiet. Contactless check-in, clear instructions. A comfortable bed. A shared kitchen with household appliances, a refrigerator, a coffee machine and even coffee! Separate shower and toilet in the room. Soap. The laundry room, but I didn't use it. Much more than you can expect from a hos tel. I highly recommend it

Place had plenty of room for 1 adult and 2 kids, place was clean and cozy, also kids playground was near the place and beach cafe also which were a + for us. We enjoyed our stay there and probably use it again when we are going to Haaparanta

The location was perfect for us traveling on Motorcycles. We had the best meal along with a very reasonably priced bottle of wine that we had during the whole stay in Norway.. Dinner & breakfast were very good indeed.

We had a fabulous stay here. The host Birgit was so lovely and helpful. She gave us loads of excellent suggestions and advice. The house is just as nice as the photos in real life and the beds were super comfy. The outdoor sauna and firepit were good fun. Seskarö is beautiful and the local cafe (The Sailors Cafe) has delicious cake and coffee. We were sorry we hadn't booked a longer stay.

Nice modern rooms and spacious bathroom. In this building there’s always two rooms sharing one hallway which was convenient for us as a family of four. This also comes handy during winter where you can leave wet and snowy clothes. There is even a dryer facility at the entrance. Good children’s playground. The smoked fish (sik) is excellent.

We had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation and can warmly recommend it to others. The host was easy to reach and provided clear, helpful instructions regarding the key arrangements, as well as all the necessary information for using the WiFi network. The apartment matched the description perfectly, and the equipment and amenities were just as expected. Despite the strong stormy winds during the night, the indoor space remained warm and comfortable, which made our stay especially enjoyable. Overall, everything worked smoothly, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and cozy stay.

One day would be enough to walk around Haparanda's features,...

One day would be enough to walk around Haparanda's features, along the river, the WWII bunkers, and the 1900 Railway Station bult in the Romantic style. If the neighbouring Finish town, Tornio, was included in a visit and you had a car, two days may be warranted. Haparanda railway station will become the first station on the Swedish side of a direct rail passenger service between Findland and Sweden expected to start in late 2025.
