Wonderful room, with very beautiful and cozy decoration. The lighting throughout the hotel, in the rooms, the spa, and the common areas, had a warm tone that created a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere! The staff was polite and very helpful. The breakfast buffet not only had a huge variety, but everything was also very tasty. There were cheeses, different kinds of eggs, sausages, bacon, various jams, cereals, breads, fruits, croissants, pancakes, coffee, tea, and smoothies. The spa area was amazing, with beautiful decoration and a very relaxing atmosphere. The lighting was warm and pleasant. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are heated to 38°C. There is a sauna (85°C, 10% humidity), a steam room (45°C, 100% humidity), and a hammam. There is also a lounge area with a fireplace. From the sauna, you can go directly outside. The only negative point is that the spa is open from 14:30 in the afternoon until the evening. It would be very convenient for guests if it were also available in the morning. Congratulations to all the staff, our stay was excellent. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade from a standard double room to a junior suite, which made our stay even more special. Thank you!

Wonderful location, sparkling clean, and superb breakfast.

This hotel is an absolute hidden gem! We booked an XL family room which sleeps six, and it was stylish, clean and brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room has tea and coffee facilities, a large seating area and a huge TV. The bathroom was lovely with a gigantic, double rain shower! Do not be put off by the fact that the room is downstairs and has no window. It really doesn’t matter. When do you sit and look out of the hotel window anyway? This room guarantees a dark night during the long days of the Swedish summer. The hotel has a lovely little plunge pool and an excellent gym which we used and enjoyed. There was also a sauna and there were lots of great communal areas with games and seating areas. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. We were able to park in the hotel parking garage which made things easier. Yet, despite all these great things, the real highlight was the breakfast…! There was everything and anything you could ever want. It was such a great stay. We can 100% recommend it. Come and stay, swim, sauna, exercise and sleep and then feast at breakfast.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was also very nice with many choices. The place very close to the city center and the bus station. I left the hotel very early in the morning, at 5.30 am, and a breakfast bag was waiting for me in the reception. Thank you!! I would stay to this hotel again!!

Friendly staff and location. I was able to go to lulea c and bus station within minutes. I could see the central station from hotel. Morning buffet is really good.

Location perfect, cosy place, beds are comfortable, room is spacious, there coffe machine with the cofee in the room there is even music speaker in the room. Free parking, breakfast are in really nice restaurant, free sauna. Staff are very warm

The check-in was friendly and fast. The room and view was awesome! Such a great view! The breakfast was so luxurious and we talked to a staff member, a young girl, she had been in Sweden a few years. Her hospitality and friendliness was to a 10✨. We will definitely recommend this hotel and we want to go back! I think we came at a day where the roof top bar was closed but then we headed out in Piteå and had a lovely evening. Definately a hotel and town we’re revisiting!

Good value for money. Nice stay for a sleepover on in Haparanda. Easy check inn and check out. Pretty, clean and comfortable rooms. Good location with free parking. There was a kitchen to share with large fridge and all necessary you need for preparing a breakfast or small meal.( Note mark your food with room number)

The hotel staff were really helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was fully booked due to graduation celebrations and they kindly secured us a booking in their other restaurant nearby. There was going to be a bit of noise so they upgraded us to a quiet location which was beautiful! The food for dinner and breakfast were delicious. The breakfast spread was the best we have ever seen (we are well-travelled). Fabulous hotel, thank you for our stay.

This was a lovely hotel. Our room had a view across to the old church and the rover and bridge. Breakfast was excellent with a European buffet and eggs and bacon cooked as requested. We liked that they had an awning to protect the room from the sun.
