The city in winter period is really charming, the snow covers all the streets and the Arctic Hotel is close toall the attaction of Lulea, less than 5 minutes walk far from the main street. It is extremely clean and the staff are extremely helpful. What is more, the location is great! Also, there is a coffee machine from which you can get whatever you want for free during your stay. The most important of all, the breakfast is included in the price and it is so satisfactory that you will enjoy it on the very cold morning of Lulea.
